Have you ever felt like you’re just out of sync, even when you’re doing all the right things? Meditation practice, breathwork, positive intentions—we show up, but sometimes it still feels like our heart and mind are speaking totally different languages.
We get it. Tapping into deep heart-brain coherence sounds magical, and honestly, it is! Dolphins seem to do it effortlessly, but for many of us, especially those on a spiritual path or who resonate as star seeds, it’s a real challenge. Why do those moments of unity and higher frequency sometimes slip through our fingers just when we need them most?
First, there’s a LOT going on in the world. It’s easy to get swept away by collective energies—overthinking, anxiety, mood swings. Sometimes it feels like the 3D matrix is specifically designed to keep our vibe low. Our culture doesn’t exactly support slowing down and tuning in.
Also, being open-hearted often means we feel a lot more deeply. When that energy rises up with nowhere to go, our brain wants to rationalize or explain—meanwhile, the heart simply wants to feel and connect. It’s a balancing act!
Finding coherence isn’t about being perfect or floating blissfully all the time. It’s a practice, and yes, it sometimes feels like uphill swimming (maybe that’s why dolphins have mastered it—they just keep swimming!). If you’ve noticed these struggles, you’re not alone. We’re here riding these same energetic waves, striving for the sweet spot where our hearts and minds move together.
If you’ve found little ways to bring yourself back to coherence, we’d love to hear what’s working for you. Let’s keep sharing, learning, and lifting each other up. After all, we’re all in this ocean together.
